I had no intention of moving nor purchasing a building while Blaine and Boone Fetter were still active in the property. They made a tenant feel like a customer (an asset) rather than a liability.

I felt we were dealing with a true businessman that understood the value of a good tenant. He was interested in the long term rather than the quick-buck, short term lease. He was mutually agreeable to discuss upgrades and/or modifications to enhance our business. He was always making sure that the property was in excellent condition and a good reflection of the quality of our product line and company.

One great thing that was appreciated was that the charges incurred on a NNN lease were always substantiated with proof of cost and our share of that cost. I don’t like surprises, and Blaine and Boone Fetter LLC made sure there were no surprises. I liked that very much.
