Blaine Fetter       Reid Samuelson       Lynda Fetter

Lynda Fetter has served as a Principal/Founder of Family Real Estate Development Firms for over 25 years. For the last 15 years the firm has been in the Los Angles Top 25 Development Firms. Lynda is currently a Principal/Manager of Boone Fetter LLC and a Principal of Samuelson & Fetter LLC.

Today Samuelson & Fetter is engaged in one of the largest urban development projects in Los Angeles County, "THE PARKS Monrovia Station Square".

In addition to her work in Los Angeles, Lynda is the President and Manager of Deer Crest Associates LLC, a 600-acre mixed use luxury development in Park City, Utah.
