The overall concept is that we’re an Investor/ Developer in the real estate development business for the long term, despite the up-and-down cycles.

The development process begins with long-term ownership as the primary focus. We design, build, own and manage our own projects with careful attention to lasting value and maximum service. Because we build with an eye on long-term ownership, we avoid aggressive cost cutting which negatively impacts the project’s viability and the tenant’s satisfaction.

With ownership actively involved, the design, engineering, development and construction stages produce high quality buildings with true “value engineering.” Professional property management operated by local ownership gives your company a completely different value-added experience.

Beyond Development & Construction and into Management
At Samuelson & Fetter, signing a lease is just the beginning. Tenants become part of the Samuelson & Fetter “family.” We assist new tenants with individual space planning and offer advice and assistance with interior construction.

The Samuelson & Fetter staff maintains on-going contact and is always immediately ready to deal with tenant concerns. While most management companies suffer high turnover rates, the core of the Samuelson & Fetter management team has worked together, day-after-day, uninterrupted for 20 years.
